ABOUT INSIDESHOUTS

"You have to fail a little, die a little, go insane a little, to come out the other side".

I have worked as a creative for over thirty years in some of the world’s most successful ad agencies. It’s been an amazing journey, but if you ask me about my career, I often quote Eleanor Coppola from the documentary "Hearts of Darkness" 

I think many people can relate to that in all walks of life, I know I certainly can.

 

Having those moments of inner dialogue, telling you that everything is going sideways, and it’s all because of you.

 

It's moments like these that led my own 20-year journey of self-discovery.

 

Working out how inner dialogues can lead to limiting beliefs, working out where they come from, how we can shift them, flip the switch on them and free ourselves from the stress and anxiety they cause.

 

My experience has taught me that by getting them out of the way, we get to experience less stress and anxiety and actually make some room for doing more of the things we love.

To name a few, but the one practice that has had the most profound effect on me and the one that has been an incredible tool for breaking through limiting self-beliefs is...

 

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Reimprinting.

 

I qualified as a practitioner in 2013 and have used it in various forms, both in my own life and with teams of people, to help overcome those inner dialogues that do not serve us.

 

So over the last year, I have mixed all of that experience together, from a lifetime of helping to build creative teams in high-level corporate environments, to teaching and facilitating processes that help people break through the inner conversations that hold them back in life.

 

The result is “Insideshouts” 

 

A series of workshops and smaller facilitated talk and tap sessions designed to help people - 

  • Instantly overcome the fear, stress and anxiety that can arise from our own inner dialogues.

  • Help people understand where they stem from.

  • Learn how to move through them.

  • And ultimately live a more stress-free life and do more of what you love in the world.
